Leslie & Bill's Wedding San Jose, CA | San Luis Obispo Wedding Photographer

I was so excited to shoot Leslie and Bill’s wedding! They got married in between the circle of palms just outside of the San Jose Museum of Art. Gorgeous venue. Beautiful day. Awesome couple. (They used toy robots as toppers for their cake…rockin’!)

I loved shooting them in this cityscape—it allowed for some unusual shooting situations…from running across a large intersection to having a quiet moment at an outdoor café. There was no direction needed with these two—they are so in love and awesome moments happened around every corner.

It was an honor for me to shoot your wedding, Leslie & Bill. You two seriously rock! Best of luck to you both!

Kellie & Paul's Wedding -- Arroyo Grande, CA | San Luis Obispo Wedding Photographer

Kellie and Paul were married on the beautiful grounds of Tiber Canyon Ranch in Arroyo Grande. The rain let up at just the right time for this awesome couple to get married in front of all their friends and family, which included their beautiful little daughter. She was smiles and giggles all day. (A photographer's dream, of course.)

An awesome buffet dinner was put together by the great folks at Gus's and Joe LaBarbera provided the music. Joe does a great job of reading a

crowd and orchestrating the flow. It was an amazing night out at the canyon...cool air, cool people, and one very cool couple.

Laura & Dave's Wedding--Paso Robles, CA | Paso Robles Wedding Photographer

Laura and Dave have been a couple since high school. It's so awesome to see high school sweethearts get married, especially when it's a couple this much in love.

Their beautiful wedding was held at Zenaida Cellars in Paso Robles. The weather cooperated with us and cooled off nicely for the tasty dinner and non-stop dancing. This was a group that knew how to have a good time. Yep...a rockin' conga line!

The amazing food was prepared by Trumpet Vine Catering, and Andy Morris performed the ceremony and later served as DJ. Andy knows how to read a crowd and coordinate every aspect seamlessly.

Johannes & Jessica's Wedding -- Paso Robles, CA | Paso Robles Wedding Photographer

Johannes and Jessica's wedding was on top of a very high hill at Adelaida Cellars in Paso Robles. Actually, it was a very, very high hill and overlooked, well...just about everything! Beautiful spot. Jessica and Johannes were one cool couple--no jitters, all smiles, and (lucky for me) I never had to remind them to kiss each other. They couldn't stop! This is one very in love couple.  

The reception was held in the barrel room at the winery, and the lighting was spectacular. The cake shot (well, cupcake shot) was spiced up thanks to the great lighting from DJ Kramer. 

Jessica and Johannes were a blast to shoot, and I have a feeling these two will be kissing each other for many, many years to come.

Kelly & Dave's Wedding -- Pozo, CA | San Luis Obispo Wedding Photographer

Kelly and Dave rock. And their wedding reflected their rockin’ personalities. They bussed their friends and family out to Oak Creek Lodge east of Pozo. (Yes, east of Pozo. Very, very secluded. And beautiful.)

No traditional reception line for this couple…they tended bar to greet their guests. Dave got a couple of bucks in tips. Kelly made off with over 200. Hmmm…

The amazing meal put together by our friends at Pacific Harvest was fresh, local and all vegetarian. Rockin’.  And huge kudos to Kristin, wedding planner at Jour Parfait who pulled this amazing wedding together and made it totally unique. (And she never stopped smiling!)

Hopefully Kelly and Dave will have an equally amazing honeymoon hiking in the Seychelles. (Why didn’t you need a personal photographer for that??)
